OUR MISSION
Bolland and Associates Inc. has been providing clients services and products to support effectiveness since 1996. Our Effectiveness division provides consulting services to individuals and organizations
focusing on tools and strategies to make better decisions and behaviour choices.
Depending on our client’s need, we may concentrate on the need of an individual (coaching) or a team (people
manager, team effectiveness) or organization-wide effectiveness strategies.
OUR PASSION
What a beautiful day it is today. The snow on the trees, birds singing, and sounds of children playing. This is calm. So different than parts of yesterday: treacherous driving, heavy snow shoveling, and rejigged schedules. It reminds me of life.
Sometimes we have challenges that are hard to live through. We struggle; we require more patience than we thought we had; we need different tools and strategies; and we need help from others. Through dedication and patience, we make it. Changed, of course, as we may still have whatever caused us pain (we still may have the snow!) but content and calm once again, ready to take on the challenges life brings us. This is what drive's our passion
OUR TEAM
MONICA BOLLAND
Im an individual and team Effectiveness Management Consultant. I help people sort out where they
are and where they'd like to be based on clear roles, goals, and behaviour-based actions. I focus on
client’s organizational demands, yet many of the tools used for work effectiveness often translates
beyond the job environment and often also supports increased effectiveness for personal goals and
life satisfaction.
